It's tough trying to lose weight. Often the diet or eating regime we embark on is not suited to our particular needs, making us feel like we are denying ourselves and not doing something we can stick to for any length of time.

By finding the right way for you to eat enjoyably and without anxiety you will lose weight and, moreover, maintain that weight loss.

In consultation we will put you on a path to losing weight in a way that suits you and your lifestyle.

Our aim is to lead you to a place in which you can enjoy your food, all the time, and yet not have to worry constantly about calories, the scales and your waistline.

Follow-up Consultations

If you find you need encouragement to keep up the momentum as you move forward, then you may wish to book regular appoinments.

Altenativley, a further one-off consultation may be all you need when you find the going is getting tough: a tweak to put things back on the track to maintaining your acceptance of the food you eat in a positive way.


Consultations take place at The Studio in Hildenborough near Tonbridge, Kent.
